I am an incoming freshman at Harvard College studying computer science and government. I am interested in building technology solutions for the public good at the intersection of AI, biotechnology, and policy.
I was selected to the Research Science Institute at MIT, the most competitive summer program for high school students in the world, where I studied polygenic factors implicated in human weight homeostasis at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
I have also conducted wet-lab biological research on gene therapies at Weill Cornell Medical School, designed cancer-targeting nanotherapeutics at the University of Southern California, created genetic treatments for spaceflight bone degeneration at MIT, and analyzed healthcare inequality with machine learning at DaVita Clinical Research.
Through my work with Jump$tart New Mexico, I've helped pass legislation that expanded educational opportunities for over 300,000 students. I have also worked as a Congressional Intern for Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury and was selected as a United States Senate Youth Program Delegate.
